Important notice to all our valuable customers
Hotel Agencies has a duty of care both professionally and ethically to support and protect our staff, customers and suppliers to the best of our ability. As stage 4 restrictions is now upon us, Hotel Agencies will continue to deliver quality service to our valuable customers but with a few precautions.
Commencing Thursday 6th August, Hotel Agencies store will be open to Trade customers only from 8.30am – 5pm Mon - Fri (closed Sat), times may vary during stage 4. Hotel Agencies will continue to comply with government guidelines.
Customers who aren’t registered with Hotel Agencies must provide proof of trade (ABN or business name and address). Please enter via our carpark entrance on Kerr Street as the Nicholson Street entrance will be closed. Also, signage will be displayed upon entrance informing trade customers of new entry conditions due to stage 4 regulations.
For non-trade customers, online ordering is available using click and collect with contactless handover, prepaid delivery or alternatively, our customer service team are available on (03) 9411 8888 to place your order and offer support.
Our community’s health and wellbeing is our priority. Hotel Agencies has implemented many strategies to assure the safety of our staff and community. We understand this period comes with uncertainty but be reassured we’re here to help anyway we can.
