The range features classic shapes across practical pieces including deep bowls suitable for soups and sharing plates.

The journey to create this fine product begins with the right mix of raw materials; ground, sieved, demagnetized and filtered to precise standards before they are transformed into works of art. This refined clay base is then shaped in 3D plaster moulds that are painstakingly hand crafted by our craftsmen, before going into an automated kiln for the initial firing process at a temperature of 800°C.

Next the pieces are painted by hand to Luzerne's custom designs and glazed to achieve a variety of aesthetic effects, be it transparent, opaque or semi-matte. The glazed wares are then fired for a second time in the kiln at a temperature of 1280°C for 15 to 30 hours to produce that perfectly finished product that the market has fallen in love with.
