Warranty periods can vary and will depend on each supplier’s confidence in their product.
If a product or service you buy fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you have the right to ask for the following under the Australian Consumer Law.
The remedy you're entitled to will depend on whether the issue is a major or minor manufacturing error.
Warranties do not cover products that are misused by the end user.
Hotel Agencies and suppliers reserve the right to identify goods that have been misused.
Hotel Agencies is a distributor of product and does not manufacture any of the items sold in store or online. Therefore, responsibilities and expenses related to consumer warranties will be remedied by the supplier or manufacturer, with the aid of Hotel Agencies to facilitate this process.
Through strong relationships with our suppliers, Hotel Agencies strives to resolve warranty issues as soon as possible. To aid us in this process we ask that all customers with warranty claims provide the following:
Equipment that has not been purchased through Hotel Agencies may be refused for warranty claims. Hotel Agencies offers domestic and commercial equipment, any domestic units that are used for commercial purposes void their warranty. This includes domestic vacuum sealers, blenders, sandwich presses, food processors and toasters.
Hotel Agencies is not a licensed repair company.
