The Fo San Wok & Pot is an 11th generation Luus superwork design that generates raw heat and power with its unique burner setup.

The Fo San Wok & Pot boasts a fan-forced burner that generates greater output compared to some standard wok burners on the market. The intense heat and focused flame target the wok centre, making it the most effective design on the market to prevent grease/water blockages. The Luus’ unique burner and pilot set up provides a compact 900mm space-saving overall unit depth, and the natural cooling via insulation and rear flue design make it an efficient choice for any busy kitchen.

The WV-1A2P1A model offers a 2 air-blast burner wok with 2 pots (centre) that has a powerful 290 mj for both natural and LP gas. The Fo San Wok also features an electronic auto-ignition switch and burner reset function, making it easier to use and faster to ignite. The external pilot position is the most effective at avoiding blockages, and the fire-brick lined combustion chamber and ceramic base make it durable and long-lasting.

In terms of construction, the Fo San Wok & Pot is made from heavy-duty materials, with a robust, full skirt, 355mm cast-iron ring and a 1.5mm 304 stainless steel top deck. The splashback, front cover and hob are all made from 1.2mm 304 stainless steel, and the side panels are 0.9mm 304 stainless steel. The stainless steel removable legs have a 55mm height adjustment range, and the one-piece hob and deck make cleaning and maintenance easier.

The WV-1A2P1A model is 2200mm x 900mm x 1300mm H and weighs 375kg. It has connections of 3/4" BSP Male and a gas regulator built-in to the gas train. The Fo San Wok & Pot has a water inlet of 1/2” tube with check valve and a drain of 2” pipe. The electrical input is rated at 220-240V, 10A, 50Hz & 150W.
