Introducing the Luus Asian - SCM 600mm Steam Cabinet - the ideal solution for high-volume, large-scale Asian-style steaming. Designed for commercial kitchens, this steam cabinet is built with high-quality materials to deliver superior performance and durability.
At the heart of the SCM 600mm Steam Cabinet is a powerful “flame thrower” burner design that ensures clean combustion and consistent heat output. The internal heat exchanger maximizes energy efficiency, while the automatic water refill mechanism makes operation easy and hassle-free. The three-stop rotary door lock system adds an extra layer of safety and convenience, making it simple to load and unload your food items.
Constructed with 304 grade stainless steel panels and a 1.2mm 201 stainless steel body, this steam cabinet is built to last. It is also designed to be easy to clean and service, with easy access to all parts and components from the front.
In terms of technical specifications, the SCM-60 model features a 105 mj flame thrower burner with electrical piezo pilot and FFD, and an in-built auto-refill mechanism with stainless steel float. The insulated heat exchange system and pressure release valve ensure maximum safety and efficiency.
With dimensions of 600mm x 900mm x 1890mm H and a weight of 246kg, this steam cabinet is large enough to suit most restaurant needs. It comes with a gas regulator (specify Nat or LPG on order), and connections for gas, water, and main drain. The cabinet is also backed by a 24-month Platinum Warranty for your peace of mind.
