Introducing the RS-6B3P NAT Burner with Griddle: the ultimate cooking solution for any professional kitchen. This model is a part of the RS 1200mm Static Ovens range and it's packed with features that make it stand out from the crowd.
The RS-6B3P model boasts 6 nickel plated 28 mj open burners with FFD standard, a 29 mj oven burner with mild steel sole plate, and a griddle/hotplate with 18 mj burners and a 21mm thick mild steel griddle plate. The oven has a French (swing) door access and a 100-340° C thermostat control, providing precise temperature regulation. The internal cooking space of 740mm x 550mm x 300mm H is perfect for cooking large quantities of food, and it suits 2/1 Gastronorm size trays.
Cleaning is a breeze with this model thanks to its removable burner hoods and spillage bowls, a secondary undertray to catch any additional waste, and easy access to all parts & components from the front.
In terms of construction, the RS-6B3P model is built to last. It features a heavy-duty design with welded 1.2mm 304 stainless steel front hob, front, side & door panels 0.9mm 304 stainless steel, and a splashback 1.2 mm 304 stainless steel. It has stainless steel feet with 55mm height adjustment range, a secondary catchment tray 0.9mm stainless steel, and a storage compartment (250mm x 600mm x 480mm H).
The griddle/hotplate has a cooking area of 0.16m2 and comes with 2mm 304 stainless steel splash guards. It is perfect for cooking a wide range of dishes and offers versatility in the kitchen. The RS-6B3P model comes with a 24-month 'Platinum Warranty', giving you peace of mind.
The RS-6B3P model is 1200mm x 800mm x 1100mm H, with a working height of 900mm and a weight of 224kg. It uses gas with 3/4” BSP male connection and is supplied with a gas regulator (specify Nat or LP on order).
Options/accessories for the RS-6B3P model include rear castors, pilots to open burners, ribbed or chrome finish on hotplates, and RH and LH side shields.
