With nickel-plated 28 mj open burners and FFD standard, this cooktop provides reliable performance and safety. The griddle/hotplate features 18 mj burners with pilot, FFD, and piezo ignition, and a 21mm thick mild steel griddle plate for even cooking. The top-weld-sealed hotplate sections and 2mm 304 stainless steel splash guards ensure easy cleaning and maintenance.

In terms of construction, the CS-2B3P features heavy-duty construction with a welded 1.2mm 304 stainless steel front hob and front and side panels made from 0.9mm 304 stainless steel. The splashback is made from 1.2mm 304 stainless steel and the cooktop comes with stainless steel legs with 55mm height adjustment range. Additionally, the secondary catchment tray is made from 0.9mm stainless steel.

The cooktop's dimensions are 600mm x 800mm x 1100mm H and weigh 85kg. It comes with a 24-month 'Platinum Warranty' and can be purchased as either a freestanding or benchtop model. The CS-2B3P comes with a gas regulator and can be specified for either natural or LPG gas.
