Introducing the CS 900mm Griddles from Luus Industries - the perfect addition to any commercial kitchen looking for a high-quality and durable griddle and chargrill combo. The CS 900mm Griddles are built with heavy-duty construction and 304 stainless steel panels, making them easy to clean and maintain.
The griddle plate is made from 21mm thick mild steel and comes in a range of finishes including chrome and ribbed plates. The plate is also available in different sizes, including the CS-9P plate with a cooking area of 0.48m2 and the CS-6P3C plate with a cooking area of 0.32m2. Both griddle plates feature 18 mj burners with pilot, FFD, and piezo ignition, along with a variable flame control valve with a low flame setting.
The chargrill section includes heavy-duty cast iron diamond grates, with a cooking area of 0.15m2 for the CS-6P3C bbq. The chargrill features 33 mj burners with pilot, FFD, and piezo ignition, along with a variable flame control valve with a low flame setting. Optional ceramic rocks are available for even heat and smokiness, as well as a cast-iron ceramic rock tray.
The CS 900mm Griddles are available as freestanding or benchtop models, with adjustable stainless steel legs and working height of 900mm. The griddles come with a 24-month platinum warranty and are supplied with a gas regulator (specify Nat or LP on order).
