Introducing the Luus Professional CS 1200mm Griddle from Luus Industries Pty Ltd, the perfect addition to any commercial kitchen. These griddles are built with a heavy-duty construction and are available in freestanding or benchtop models. With their modular Professional series design, these griddles are easy to clean and service.
The CS 1200mm Griddles come with a 21mm thick mild steel griddle plate and are available in chrome and ribbed plate finishes. You can choose from hotplate and chargrill combinations, giving you the flexibility to cook a wide range of dishes.
These griddles are equipped with 18mj burners with a pilot, FFD, and piezo ignition. They also have a variable flame control valve with a low flame setting. The top-weld-sealed hotplate sections ensure even heat distribution and easy cleaning.
