This griddle and chargrill combination boasts a heavy-duty construction, with a welded 1.2mm 304 stainless steel front hob, and front and side panels made of 0.9mm 304 stainless steel. The splashback is also 1.2mm 304 stainless steel, while the stainless steel legs have a 55mm height adjustment range.
The CS-9P3C's griddle and hotplate burners are equipped with a pilot, FFD, and piezo ignition, with a variable flame control valve that has a low flame setting. The griddle plate is 21mm thick mild steel, and the hotplate sections are top weld-sealed. This griddle and chargrill combo also comes with a 2mm 304 stainless steel splash guard and a griddle oil bin made of 1.2mm stainless steel.
The chargrill section of the Luus Professional CS-9P3C is equipped with 33mj burners with pilot, FFD, and piezo ignition, along with a variable flame control valve with a low flame setting. The heavy-duty cast iron "diamond" grates measure 147mm x 540mm, and the optional ceramic rocks ensure even heat and smokiness. The chargrill undertray is made of 0.9mm stainless steel.
