With S/S burners and cast iron radiant hood, this grill offers exceptional heat distribution and optional ceramic rock configuration for even heat and smokiness. The heavy duty cast iron ‘diamond’ grates, with a size of 147mm x 540mm, provide a large cooking area of 0.15m2 per module.

The CS-3C model comes with 33mj output and variable flame control valve, allowing for low flame settings. The chargrill has a heavy duty construction, with welded 1.2mm 304 stainless steel front hob and 0.9mm 304 stainless steel front and side panels. The splashback is made of 1.2 mm 304 stainless steel, and the legs are made of stainless steel with 55mm height adjustment range. The chargrill is easy to clean and service, with easy access to all parts and components from the front.

The Luus Professional CS 300mm Chargrill is available as a freestanding or benchtop model, with the benchtop model having dimensions of 300mm x 800mm x 560mm H and the freestanding model having dimensions of 300mm x 800mm x 1100mm H. The working height is 900mm and the grill weighs 50kg. It is supplied with a gas regulator, and the gas connection is 3/4” BSP male, with a distance of 180mm from the right, 50mm from the rear, and 600mm from the floor. The benchtop model gas connection is 60mm from the bottom.
