Exceptional Performance and Versatility
The Luus SM-60 comes equipped with two 11mj infrared burners, which utilise an innovative design that prevents the 'drying' effect commonly associated with traditional burners. With these burners, you can achieve optimal toasting results at a 'high' setting, while the lower flame settings are ideal for melts and warming tasks. The appliance has a pilot, Flame Failure Device (FFD), and piezo ignition for safe and reliable operation.
The appliance also boasts multiple (4) toasting rack positions, providing an added level of flexibility during operation. The large toasting rack measures 440mm x 320mm, ensuring ample space for a variety of food items.
Robust and Durable Construction
Constructed with heavy-duty materials, the SM-60 is designed to withstand the rigours of a busy kitchen environment. It features a welded 1.2mm 304 stainless steel front hob, with front and side panels made of 0.9mm stainless steel for added durability.
The SM-60 also incorporates a crumb tray at the base for easy cleaning and maintenance. The stainless steel interior panels, removable toaster rack tray, and supports further streamline the cleaning process.
