The Luus SM-90 is designed to provide versatility and superior performance, with burners that produce optimal toasting results on a 'high' setting, and are equally effective for melting and warming tasks on a lower flame setting. The variable flame control valve includes a low flame setting, ensuring precise temperature control.
The appliance has multiple (4) toasting rack positions, accommodating different food items and culinary tasks. The toasting rack, measuring 740mm x 320mm, provides ample space for a variety of food items.
Durability and Quality Construction
The SM-90 features heavy-duty construction, designed to withstand the challenges of a high-volume kitchen. With a welded 1.2mm 304 stainless steel front hob, 0.9mm stainless steel front and side panels, and a 1.2mm stainless steel top cover, this salamander is built to last.
Its design also prioritises ease of cleaning and maintenance. It includes a crumb tray at the base of the toaster, removable toaster rack tray and supports, and stainless steel interior panels for easy cleaning.
