What type of pans can be used with the boiling hot plate? The pans should have a flat and solid bottom. Ensure the diameter is not less than or more than 30mm larger than the hotplate.
Can I clean the hot plate with cold water? No, pouring cold water on the hot plate may cause it to buckle due to the sudden temperature change.
The boiling hot plate isn't heating up. What should I do? Check if the unit is plugged in correctly, the power point is functional, the heat switch is set to the correct setting, and the heat switch is not loose or broken.
What is the cleaning procedure for the hot plate? Daily cleaning with a damp cloth is recommended. If the hotplate is very dirty, a domestic cleaning powder can be used, followed by a brief heat-up to dry it. To maintain the hotplate's matte finish, use a retail-available hotplate cleaner or a trace of oil.
