The door is triple-glazed with anti-fog technology, but fogging may occur in high humidity or when the door is opened repeatedly. This usually clears quickly as airflow stabilises.
Check that the ambient temperature does not exceed 32°C, ensure ventilation is unobstructed, and confirm that the door is sealing properly. Overloading shelves can also restrict airflow.
Use the Dixell digital controller. Make small incremental adjustments and allow time for the temperature to stabilise before rechecking.
Ice can accumulate if warm products are placed inside, the door is left open too long or the automatic defrost cycle is interrupted. Check door seals and remove excess frost during routine cleaning.
This may indicate a blocked drain or that the defrost water tray needs emptying. Ensure the freezer is level and inspect the drainage line.
