Featuring a 9.5" touch control panel, the CHEFTOP MIND.Maps™ PLUS BIG offers 1000+ programs, including CHEFUNOX, MULTI.TIME, MISE.EN.PLACE, MIND.Maps™, and READY.COOK. Its manual cooking options allow for temperature control between 30 °C and 300 °C, with up to 9 cooking steps, 10-100% humidity or dry air control with CLIMA.Control, Delta T cooking with a core probe, and a MULTI.Point core probe with 4 measuring points. Additionally, the optional SOUS-VIDE core probe with 2 measuring points is available.
Advanced and automatic cooking features include ADAPTIVE.Cooking™, CLIMALUX™, SMART.Preheating, AUTO.Soft, and SENSE.Klean. The oven also features Unox Intensive Cooking technologies such as DRY.Maxi™, STEAM.Maxi™, AIR.Maxi™, and PRESSURE.Steam.
Designed for efficiency and durability, the CHEFTOP MIND.Maps™ PLUS BIG is equipped with the ROTOR.Klean™ automatic washing system, a moulded cooking chamber made of AISI 316 L stainless steel, triple glass, cooking chamber lighting, tray supports with an anti-tip system, drip collection system, and integrated DET&Rinse™ detergent container. The oven also features integrated Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi/USB data for HACCP and program management, and is compatible with various apps and web services.
